These guys did a great job. They knock a hole in my slab after foundation repair. They then dug down a few feet to replace a broken PVC coupler. It was a big job. They were on time, professional and neat. The price was very fair for the work they did, I felt like it was a great value.

Rental property had a leak at the kitchen sink faucet. I started to turn off the water valve underneath so I could work on it. As I tightened the shut off handle, the stem behind it (plastic) snapped and water started spraying out. I quickly turned off the water at the meter and called Jonathan at On Call Plumbing and they were able to send Scotty to the property in a short period of time and he repaired the leak before the kids got home from school and their Mom got home from work. Sewer line replace went very well
replaced sewer line in 1974 house. Pleasantly surprised at the speed the gentlemen worked in trenching and digging tunnel under house to bathroom. One day had mountain of dirt in front yard, next day tunnel was filled and mountain was gone. Everyone one their team was so nice, pleasant and very harding working. On Call plumbing was recommended to me and now I am recommending them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I am very pleased with the entire project. The quote I was given was less than expected & was also the final cost.
The workmen were on time, let me know what they were doing each day & what I needed to do (keep electricity on for them), & cleaned everything up at the end. They also took the removed cast iron pipes away & did very little disruption to my lawn. The work was completed on time & thankfully the weather cooperated. I would highly recommend this company. Also, the inspector was laughing as he left & I took that as a good sign as well.Read more

You can definitely tell which contractors truly want to help people, and which ones just want their money.
Joe was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, informative, and honest. I think many contractors would have taken this opportunity to diagnose thousands of dollars in "needed repairs", but Joe found that I did not have a leak after all. getting confusing and conflicting information, as well as shady estimates that left out costs, we finally found On Call Plumbing through a friend's recommendation. Joe came out and was able to ascertain that we did indeed have a leak. He took the time to explain to me how he was able to come to that conclusion and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the process for locating the leak and gave me an upfront, fair, set price (not hourly as the other two plumbers had).
